Google made a small but extremely useful update for users on the eve of the holidays. Now users will be able to track all their parcels directly from their mailbox. Due to the fact that the correspondence contains information about orders, Google algorithms will search for such information and mark it separately in the inbox.
Thus, such an update will save the user from the routine of viewing emails in order to find out the details of orders. Instead, all the necessary information will be displayed under the sender's name in a special green label. A small truck icon will be shown, followed by text with information about the delivery date and order status. Google also said that the information in this note will change dynamically.
The new update also affected the work with letters, where the client confirms his order. It will have a summary card with many details of the order, there will be a scale on which the status of the order is ticked off, as well as a link by clicking on which you can get all the necessary information about it.
Considering that there is not much time left before the holidays, Google has done everything possible to make the update available to all users as soon as possible. In the next week, the new feature will be available to the largest carriers in the United States. And on the eve of the holidays, each user will have access to it. In order to enable package tracking, you will need to give permission to the application by selecting either “Now now” or “Allow” depending on your preferences. You can also give access using Google settings.
