Venmo and PayPal Adding Wallet App Support, Apple Pay For Shopping Online, and Tap to Pay Feature on iPhone

PayPal plans to soon provide new opportunities for sellers and buyers who use the iPhone, Apple Pay, and other services. The platform plans to add a Tap to Pay feature for merchants who use the app with an iPhone, and it will now support Apple Pay at checkout. The announcement of this update was officially made by PayPal in the report for the third quarter of the current year. One such step is Tap to Pay, which will allow merchants to accept contactless credit and debit cards, as well as mobile wallets, including Apple Pay. Also, after the update, Apple Pay will be available as a payment method as unbranded checkout flows for a number of merchant platforms, including the PayPal Commerce Platform.
